Termiux grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the application on iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control. This license is for your personal or professional use as a terminal emulator and SSH client.
Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the application, except as permitted by applicable law or specific open-source licenses governing components used within Termiux.

- You must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your remote server credentials and SSH keys.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Termiux (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of its creators. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Termiux is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
